Austen West

Austen West has extensive experience in sales support and customer service, currently serving as a Sales Support Specialist and Field Service Coordinator at Electric Motor Shop of Wake Forest since September 2019. Prior to this role, Austen worked at Wakefield Tavern from June 2014 to December 2021 as a Server/Bartender, managing daily operations and ensuring exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. Additionally, Austen has coaching experience as the Head JV Lacrosse Coach and Assistant Varsity Coach at Wakefield High School for a brief period in early 2015. Austen holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in General Business from East Carolina University, obtained between 2017 and 2018.
