Julian Griego

Julian Griego has worked in the culinary industry for six years. In 2019, they became the Head Chef at Electric Playhouse. Prior to this, they were the Lead Chef Instructor at the Street Food Institute from 2014-2019. From 2013-2014, they worked as an Instructional Technician- Culinary Arts, School of Business and Information Technology at CNM - Central New Mexico Community College.

Julian Griego earned an Associate of Arts and Sciences (A.A.S.) in Culinary Arts/Chef Training from Careers in Culinary Arts between 2004 and 2006.
