Britta Gross is an accomplished leader in transportation and mobility with extensive experience spanning several decades. Currently serving as the Director of Transportation at EPRI since July 2022, Britta also holds a position as Commissioner on the Governing Board of the Orlando Utilities Commission since February 2017. Previously, Britta was the Managing Director at RMI from June 2019 to May 2022, where leadership was provided for the mobility practice area focused on sustainable low-carbon transportation solutions. Prior roles include Director of Advanced Vehicle Commercialization Policy at General Motors from May 2002 to June 2019 and program management at Adam Opel AG from 1995 to 2002. Earlier in their career, Britta served as Systems Engineering Manager at Hughes Aircraft Company from 1983 to 1995, specializing in communications satellite systems engineering. Britta holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering, with a focus on Digital Design, from Louisiana State University, and has studied at the University of Wuerzburg.
