Bruce Greer is a Principal Technical Leader at the Electric Power Research Institute (EPRI), specializing in autonomous advanced reactors and automation in nuclear power plants since February 2015. Greer develops applications utilizing Digital Twins to improve construction, operation, and maintenance processes. Prior to this role, Greer served as a Senior Technical Leader in EPRI's Nuclear NDE Center, managing research in Nondestructive Evaluation and technology innovation. Experience includes developing new ultrasonic methods at AREVA NDE Solutions and work in non-destructive examination at EPRI. Earlier roles included research in metrology and teaching assistantship at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, where Greer earned both a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering.
