Des Dillon

Des Dillon is currently the Principal Engineering Lead and Sr. Project Manager at Electric Power Research Institute (EPRI). With a background in mechanical engineering, Des has expertise in developing Carbon Capture and Storage (CCS) technology and low carbon resources to address the global demand for clean energy. Des has also worked in companies like Mitsui Babcock and Rolls-Royce, focusing on process technology and development. Des holds a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Strathclyde and has experience in combustion research and product design engineering.
