Heather Feldman

Heather Feldman is an experienced leader in the energy sector, currently serving as the Director of Training and Development at EPRI since December 2005, where efforts focus on modern training programs for the energy workforce. Prior roles at EPRI include Director of Innovation in the Nuclear Sector, where an Innovation department was established to enhance deployment of new technologies, and Director of Plant Support, leading a team to improve technologies and processes for nuclear power plants. Other notable positions encompass Program Manager for Engineering Programs and Systems Engineer at United Space Alliance, contributing to thermal integration for the Space Shuttle Program. Heather Feldman holds multiple degrees in Mechanical Engineering, including a PhD from Clemson University, and an MBA from Wake Forest University School of Business.
