Will S. is a Financial Analyst II at EPRI since July 2022, previously serving as a Budget Analyst for the City of Charlotte from October 2018 to July 2022 and the City of Concord, NC from January 2018 to May 2018. Will also gained experience as a Graduate Research Assistant at Appalachian State University from August 2016 to December 2017 and as a City Manager Assistant during a summer internship in Wilkesboro in 2017. Will holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Political Science and Government, a Master of Public Administration in City/Urban, Community and Regional Planning, and a minor in City/Urban, Community and Regional Planning, all from Appalachian State University.
