Guy Derosa

Guy DeRosa is a seasoned professional in business development and talent acquisition within the gaming industry. Since May 2018, Guy has served as the Head of Business Development at Electric Square, leading the Business Development, Talent Acquisition, and Marketing teams. Prior to this role, Guy held key positions at Skillsearch Limited as Head of Business Development and at EDF Energy as a Senior Customer Retention Consultant. Guy also has extensive experience with Lively - A Keywords Studio and BAME in Games, and previously contributed to Studio Gobo, where notable projects included acclaimed titles for major publishers. Guy's career commenced at PlayStation as a Promotions Coordinator, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from the University of Brighton.
