Mark Wood

Mark Wood is an experienced professional in human resources, training, and development with a robust career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as Director at Electrical Apprentice Training Alliance since October 2021, Mark has previously held significant leadership roles, including Manager of Human Resources at Honda Logistics North America, where responsibilities encompassed various HR functions and the management of a large team. Mark also contributed to the Learning and Development needs for over 1,000 staff at Honda Logistics International, establishing a professional development strategy. Earlier roles include Senior Manager of Quality, Training & Development at The Toronto Star, where Mark implemented a comprehensive competency-based training system, and Manager of Quality, Training & Development at News International, focusing on continuous improvement training initiatives.
