Guillaume Favre

Guillaume Favre is a cybersecurity expert with extensive experience in various roles within the field. Currently serving at EDF as a Cybersecurity Expert since October 2025, Favre previously worked at SOITEC as a Network and Cybersecurity Engineer, focusing on next-generation firewalls and threat prevention. At KERCIA, as an Information Security and Systems Engineer, Favre was responsible for risk analysis and implementing security standards compliant with ISO 27005. Prior roles included cybersecurity subcontracting for Schneider Electric, managing projects related to solar farm monitoring, OpenID authentication, and industrial cybersecurity protocols. Favre's career began with an internship at Siemens PLM Software and includes an enriching educational experience as an exchange student at École Polytechnique de Montréal. Favre holds a Master’s degree in Informatics from the National School of Applied Science and Technology.
