Heather Eide is a Learning and Development Specialist at ElectriCities of NC, where responsibilities include collaborating with the Educational Programs team to support adult learning initiatives, developing training curricula, and managing logistics for both on-demand and online training courses. Prior experience includes serving as an Executive Assistant at FMI, managing event planning and travel arrangements, and roles at the Washington State Department of Natural Resources overseeing office management and wildfire investigation training. Heather has also held positions as Manager of Safety, Security and Transportation at Seattle Pacific University, and has extensive administrative and event planning experience in previous roles with Chuck Hovey Yachts, Caliber Media Group, the American Lung Association, and Royal Caribbean International. Academic qualifications include a BA in Music and Communications from Trinity Western University and a Certificate of Biblical Studies from Holsbybrunn Bible School.
