Scott Jones

Scott Jones currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer at ElectriCities of NC since January 2025. Prior to this role, Scott held the position of Chief Financial Officer at Snohomish County PUD from 2020 to 2025 and served as Chief Financial and Administrative Officer at the North American Electric Reliability Corporation (NERC) between 2014 and 2019, where Scott also worked as Senior Director of Finance. Scott's earlier experience includes significant roles at MEAG Power from 2000 to 2014, where positions included SVP - Chief Administrative Officer, VP - Audit and Risk Management, and Controller. Additionally, Scott was the Controller at Virginia Gas Company from 1998 to 1999. Scott holds both a Master of Accountancy and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
