Nicole Hayward

Nicole Hayward (Ross) is an experienced HR professional currently serving as a Senior Advisor in People and Capability at the Electricity Authority Te Mana Hiko since July 2021. Previously, Nicole held roles as an Intermediate HR Advisor and a Human Resources Advisor at Whitireia and WelTec from November 2017 to July 2021, and has also worked as a Human Resources Coordinator and Administrator at Whitireia Community Polytechnic between June 2015 and November 2017. Nicole is pursuing a Bachelor of Business with a focus on Human Resource Management at Open Polytechnic of New Zealand, expected to complete in July 2025, and holds a New Zealand Certificate in Business (Administration and Technology Level 4) from Whitireia Community Polytechnic, earned between 2016 and 2018.
