Conor O'Brien

Conor O'Brien is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in commercialization, innovation, and strategic development within the energy and finance sectors. Currently serving as Commercialization Manager and Innovation Pipeline Project Manager at ESB since May 2010, O'Brien leads initiatives to collaborate with energy startups and implement new revenue-generating products in alignment with ESB’s Brighter Future strategy. Prior roles include Finance Director at ESB International Carbon Solutions and Co-Founder and Finance Director of Artizan Food Co., showcasing expertise in financial strategy, business development, and project management. O'Brien also has a background in corporate finance, having held positions such as Founder and CEO of TripleArc and Corporate Finance Executive at Medisys Plc. Conor O'Brien holds an FCCA and a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce with a focus on finance from University College Dublin.
