David Keane

David Keane is an experienced professional in the offshore wind sector, currently serving as Offshore Wind Technical Manager at ESB since 2018. In this role, responsibilities encompass offshore wind site identification, technical due diligence for project acquisitions, and design management for both fixed and floating wind projects. Prior positions at ESB include Offshore Wind Engineering Team Lead and Senior Consultant Offshore Wind.
