Elaine Gallagher

Elaine Gallagher is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in regulated markets and competition. Currently serving as a Senior Solicitor at ESB since August 2023, Elaine has previously held prominent positions such as Legal and Business Services Manager at Bord na Móna from November 2021 to August 2023, and Senior Solicitor at EirGrid focusing on energy regulation and markets from March 2018 to November 2021.
