Emer King has extensive experience in human resources, particularly within the ESB group, where roles have included Business Change Lead for the EmpowerHR Transformation Programme, Senior HR Business Partner for ESB Networks, and Reward Specialist, focusing on Compensation & Benefits strategy and initiatives. Prior experience includes serving as HR Business Partner for Generation, supporting multiple power stations, and HR Business Partner roles at ESB International for trading and future projects.
