Noel Kelly

Noel Kelly is a highly experienced geotechnical engineer currently serving as a Senior Team Lead for Offshore Renewables at ESB since January 2021. Prior to this role, Noel held various positions including Senior Engineer and Contract Geotechnical Engineer at ESB, Senior Geotechnical Engineer and Chartered Geotechnical Engineer at AECOM, and Chartered Senior Geotechnical Engineer at Pattle Delamore Partners. Earlier in the career, Noel worked with URS Corporation and Golder Associates, gaining substantial expertise in geotechnical engineering through positions ranging from Assistant Engineer to Mining, Oil & Gas Graduate Engineer. Noel holds an MSc in Environmental (Geotechnical) Engineering from Queen's University Belfast and a BE (Hons) in Civil Engineering from University College Dublin.
