Jim Winchester

Jim Winchester started their career at Xtrac Ltd as a Trainee Design Engineer from August 2011 to September 2012. Jim then joined Ashwoods Electric Motors and held several roles, including Product Manager from July 2013 to August 2017, Commercial Director from August 2017 to May 2019, and Sales & Marketing Director from May 2019 to May 2020. Currently, Jim Winchester is the Managing Director at Electrified Automation since January 2021.

Jim Winchester obtained a BEng degree in Motorsport Engineering from Oxford Brookes University. Prior to that, from 2006 to 2008, they attended Bridgwater College where they pursued a Motorsport Diploma.
