Steve Pendlebury

Steve Pendlebury serves as the President and CEO of Electro-LuminX Lighting Corporation since August 2004, leading the development and manufacturing of innovative lighting technology, including the world's thinnest and widest continuous electroluminescent lamp, Light Tape. Previously, Pendlebury held various positions at Honeywell International from 1995 to June 2004, including Barrier Products Business Leader, where responsibilities included P&L management and strategic planning for the Specialty Films business. Pendlebury's career began as a process engineer in the Nylon 6 Films business, contributing to six sigma initiatives to enhance productivity and quality. Educational qualifications include a BS in Chemical Engineering with a Chemistry Minor from Virginia Tech and a BS in Business and Economics from Randolph-Macon College. Additionally, Pendlebury completed Chemical Unit Operations Laboratory Studies at UCL in 1994.
