Alan Crecelius

Alan Crecelius has extensive work experience in the railway industry. Alan is currently working as the Director at Progress Rail, a Caterpillar Company since 2017. Prior to this, they worked at Electro-Motive Diesel (EMD) for several years. During their tenure at EMD, they held various roles including Director - Locomotive Repowers, Director-Locomotive Leasing, Director Locomotive Sales, Superintendent of Maintenance, Plant Manager, Assistant Plant Manager, and Shift Foreman. Before joining EMD, Alan worked as a Technical Representative and in the Warehouse department at Electro-Motive Diesel from 1992 to 1996.

Alan Crecelius earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Economics from the University of Wyoming, where they attended from 1987 to 1991.
