Kelli McMurtrey

Kelli McMurtrey has extensive experience in human resources, with a focus on leadership and strategic direction. Kelli began their career as an Aviation Electrician in the US Navy from 1994 to 1998. Following this, they worked as a Human Resources Generalist at Jacobs from 2000 to 2004, where they served as the Labor Relations liaison and ensured compliance with Collective Bargaining Agreements.

From 2004 to 2005, Kelli held the position of Human Resources Manager at VOTRAN, where they oversaw a department of three HR Generalists and worked closely with Union members to foster positive relationships.

In 2005, Kelli joined Brunswick Corporation as a Human Resources Manager, eventually being promoted to Human Resources Director in 2011. In this role, they oversaw all HR and Safety functions for a 100 million top-line business. Kelli acted as a strategic business partner to the senior leadership team, implementing lean manufacturing methods and playing a key role in employee engagement initiatives.

From 2013 to 2016, Kelli served as the Human Resources Director at Acuity Brands, where they contributed to employee morale and planned mass hiring initiatives.

Currently, Kelli is the Vice President of Human Resources- Americas at Electrolux Professional, a role they have held since 2016. In this position, they are responsible for all HR functions in the Americas and plays a critical role in determining the strategic direction of the organization. Kelli also leads discussions at all levels to identify and retain top talent.

Kelli McMurtrey completed their Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Central Florida in the years 1998 to 2000. Kelli then pursued a Master of Arts degree in Human Resources from Webster University in the years 2010 to 2013. Prior to their higher education, Kelli McMurtrey served in the United States Navy from 1994 to 1998.
