Paul Flynn's work experience includes roles in various companies and industries. Paul is currently the Director of Technical Support & Training at Electrolux Professional since 2021. Prior to that, they held the same position at Unic USA CORP. from 2014 to 2021.

Before joining Unic USA CORP., Paul was involved in the expansion of Melitta SystemService USA, Inc. where they served as the Technical Applications Manager from 2010 to 2013. During their time there, they helped establish and support teams for the installation of automatic espresso machines at McDonald's locations.

Paul also worked as the Technical Training Manager at Melitta from 2007 to 2010, coordinating training for technicians and teaching classes for two years.

Before their tenure at Melitta, they worked as the Lead Service Technician/Trainer at Michaelo Espresso, where they trained service technicians nationwide. Paul also gained experience at Barrett Enclosures as an Installer, sewing and assembling boat upholstery, and at Inflatable Boatworks as a Technician, installing control systems, servicing outboard motors, and repairing inflatable fabric boats.

Paul started their career as the Lead Press Operator at McCallum Print Group / DCG, operating envelope printing presses, maintaining and repairing equipment, and serving as the Chairman of the plant safety committee.

Paul Flynn attended Hennepin Technical College in 1987, where they studied Laser and Optical Technology/Technician. Prior to that, they attended Brown College from 1984 to 1986 to study Electronics Technology. Paul also attended Saint Paul College-A Community and Technical College from 1979 to 1981, focusing on Graphic Arts and Printing Equipment Operator.
