Eric Rivas

Eric Rivas is a seasoned professional in global technical and field services, currently serving as Sr. Director at Dynex Technologies, Inc. since October 2022. Prior experience includes key leadership roles at Cattron Global, where Eric held the titles of VP of Global Operations and Services, VP of Global Services, and Director of Global Services from June 2018 to October 2022. Between June 2014 and June 2018, Eric was the Director of Global Service and Customer Experience at PAC - Petroleum Analyzer Company. Eric's career began in the United States Marine Corps as an Air Traffic Control Radar Repair Technician, followed by various engineering and managerial positions at companies like Rigaku and Lockheed Martin. Eric holds a Master of Business Administration from Colorado State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Management from The University of Arizona Global Campus, along with an Associate of Science in Electronics Technology from Barstow Community College.
