Vishu Nayyar

Vishu Nayyar is an accomplished human resources professional with over a decade of experience in managing HR operations and strategic initiatives. Currently serving as the Group Head of Human Resources at ElectroMech since August 2020, Vishu is dedicated to enhancing the employee experience and adding value to the organization. Prior to this role, Vishu held various positions at Forbes Marshall from October 2009 to August 2020, including Strategic HR Lead, where responsibilities encompassed leading HR operations for the company's largest manufacturing unit. Vishu holds a PGDM in Human Resources Development from SCMLD (2008-2010) and a Bachelor of Medical Technology from the Postgraduate Institute of Medical Education and Research (2004-2007).
