Jerome Hylton, PMP, CSM, is a seasoned program management professional with extensive experience in leading technical programs across various industries. Currently serving as a Senior Technical Program Manager in Data and Analytics at Electronic Arts, Jerome focuses on advancing generative AI initiatives to enhance player engagement. As an Associate Professor in Project Management at Conestoga College, Jerome shares expertise with students. Previous roles include Senior Program Manager at Amazon, where Jerome managed large-scale recruiting programs, and Program Management & Operations at Hootsuite, where Jerome led efforts for Accessibility accreditation.
