Carlos Estrada

Carlos Estrada has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Carlos is currently the Head of Operations at MuchBetter.com since April 2019. Prior to that, they worked at The Stars Group for 15 years in various roles, including Senior Management in Payment Services from June 2012 to March 2019, Manager of Payments from July 2007 to May 2012, Supervisor of Customer Support Operations from November 2005 to June 2007, and as a Customer Care Representative from August 2004 to November 2005. Before joining The Stars Group, Carlos worked at NLC Editores, S.A. (By Grupo JOM) for five years. During their tenure, they served as the Director of Academic Services from December 2002 to August 2004, Academic Program Coordinator from July 2001 to December 2002, and from November 2000 to July 2001. Additionally, they worked as an English Teacher from May 1999 to November 2000.

Carlos Estrada attended Colegio Americano from 1984 to 1996, where they obtained their High School Diploma in Elementary and High School education. After completing high school, they enrolled at Universidad Latina de Costa Rica, although the specific years of their enrollment and completion of study are unknown. Carlos pursued Business Administration and Management but did not obtain a degree in this field. Carlos Estrada has also pursued additional certifications in their career. In November 2018, they obtained the "Master Presentations" certification from Unbox CR. In October 2015, they received the "Executive Coaching and Transformational Leadership" certification from Tecnológico de Monterrey. Lastly, in July 2012, they obtained the "Resource Planning" certification from Ulster University.
