Kim Tyler

Kim Tyler is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in leadership and human resources management across various industries. Currently serving as Vice President of People Practices at Electronic Arts (EA), Kim has previously held significant positions including Senior Director of Human Resources for both Europe and Global Publishing at EA. Prior experience includes heading HR Development at Blockbuster Entertainment and serving as HR Manager for EMEA and Global Management Development Consultant at The Body Shop. Kim also held the position of Retail Area Manager for Duty Free Stores. Academically, Kim holds a Master’s degree in Strategic Human Resource Management from Kingston University and has qualifications from the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD).
