Lucky Allen

Lucky Allen, PMP, CSM, serves as a Development Manager at Electronic Arts since July 2020, managing multiple pod teams and facilitating communication across cross-functional teams and external vendors. Responsibilities include risk management, quality metrics definition, team coaching, and process improvements. Prior to EA, Lucky held roles as a Senior QA Lead at AgileThought, Senior Quality Assurance Engineer at Health Payment Systems, and Software Quality Test Engineer II at Direct Supply, focusing on test planning, execution, and mentoring within agile environments. Lucky began a career in quality assurance as a Software Test Analyst at Fidelity National Information Services, with earlier experience as a Business Systems Analyst. Lucky holds a BS in Management/Information Technology from Milwaukee School of Engineering and an Associate degree in Computer Information Systems from Milwaukee Area Technical College.
