Nhi Dang

Nhi Dang is a skilled professional with extensive experience in incident management and technical support. Currently serving as an EAX SupportOps Incident Management Specialist at Electronic Arts (EA) since August 2021, responsibilities include product management for a Slackbot, project management for onboarding new teams, and process improvement for team efficiencies. Earlier roles at EA included Incident Manager II and I, where Nhi developed incident management processes and mentored new team members. Prior to EA, Nhi worked at Squirrel Systems providing technical support, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and mentoring new agents. Additional experience includes tutoring at Sylvan Learning, coding assistance at the University of the Fraser Valley, and various administrative roles at UBC. Nhi holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from the University of the Fraser Valley and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from The University of British Columbia.
