Nicole Payne

Nicole Payne currently serves as the Sr. Director of Business Strategy at Electronic Arts (EA) since April 2022. Prior to this role, Nicole worked at Google as the Global Strategy and Operations Lead for SMB Marketing from May 2021 to April 2022. Nicole also gained comprehensive experience at McKinsey & Company, beginning as a Business Analyst and advancing to Engagement Manager between July 2017 and May 2021. Earlier, Nicole was a Business Analyst Intern at Capital One and an intern at the Women's Legal Centre. Nicole holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree from Duke University.
