Pamela Dreizen

Pamela Dreizen is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in the technology and gaming sectors. At Electronic Arts (EA) since January 2016, Pamela serves as Managing Commercial Counsel, leading a team of six lawyers in supporting intricate licensing and transaction matters across multiple games and studios. Previous roles at EA included senior counsel positions providing business counsel to various game studios and support for EA's digital platforms. Prior to EA, Pamela was Senior Counsel at HP for 16 years, advising on diverse legal issues related to products ranging from consumer electronics to enterprise servers, while managing outside counsel and negotiating key agreements. Pamela's career also includes experience as Assistant General Counsel at General Magic and as an Associate at Proskauer Rose LLP, focusing on commercial litigation. Pamela holds a BA with highest honors from The University of Texas at Austin and a JD from Harvard Law School.
