Stephen Hopkins

Stephen Hopkins is an experienced IT professional with a diverse background in desktop support and consulting. Currently serving as Senior Desktop Support Lead at Electronic Arts since August 2013, Stephen also operates as an IT Consultant at Hop2IT Computer Consulting Ltd, focusing on Service Desk best practices and business analysis. Previously, from July 1999 to September 2011, Stephen was the Global Services Downstream IT Lead at Chevron Canada Ltd, supervising desktop support teams and managing mainframe operations. Early career experience includes a role as Head English Teacher at International I School Kindergarten in Kurume, Japan, where Stephen developed curriculum and taught classes. Stephen holds a Bachelor of Arts in Geography from The University of British Columbia, completed in 1992.
