Julian Oberndörfer, Dr.

Dr. Julian Oberndörfer has been working in various roles since 1996. Julian began their career as a Referandar/ Trainee Barrister for the State of Bavaria. In 2000, they worked as a Lawyer for Kraske Haertel. From 2001 to 2005, they were the Head of Network Development for HSE24 Home Shopping Europe GmbH. Julian then took on the roles of VP Media Law, Media Politics & Network Development, Head of Country Management AT/ CH and VP Media Law, Media Politics & Network Development for the same company until 2012. In 2012, they became the Chairman Board of Directors for ERA GLOBAL. Julian then took on the role of Chief Executive Officer / Administrateur Delegué for ERA GLOBAL in 2013, where they were responsible for The Association for the Multi- Channel Home Shopping Industry. In 2013, they also joined the Advisory Committee for the European Audiovisual Observatory | Observatoire européen de l'audiovisuel. Since 1999, Dr. Oberndörfer has been a Partner at OC Legal Kanzlei Oberndörfer, where they are responsible for LEGAL ENABLING OF DIGITAL BUSINESS. In 2020, they took on the role of Chief Executive Officer for FAVORO Jewellery.

Julian Oberndörfer, Dr. began their education in 1990 at Aix-Marseille University. In 1991, they attended Universidad Internacional Menéndez Pelayo and The University of Bonn. From 1991-1996, they studied Law at Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München, where they earned their 1. Staatsexamen. Julian then completed their PhD in Law at Technische Universität Chemnitz in 2002.
