Dalia Olarte

Dalia Olarte is a specialist in administrative law with extensive experience in disciplines such as administrative notification management, human talent management, and the enhancement of procedural frameworks. Currently serving as the Director of Management and Control of Special Projects and Legal Consultant at GSE Gestión de Seguridad Electrónica S.A. since September 2022, Dalia has held various significant positions, including General Secretary at IDEAM and Corporate Undersecretary at the Secretariat for Women. With a solid educational background, including a diploma in Anticorruption and a specialization in Administrative Law from Universidad Libre de Colombia, Dalia Olarte possesses a strong commitment to improving processes and implementing preventative measures against corruption.
