Mariana Aguirre is an experienced professional with a diverse background in business and nutrition. As the owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos since August 2020, Mariana focuses on offering organic products for body care and environmental sustainability. Mariana has served as an Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016 and previously owned and managed Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019. Additionally, Mariana worked as a Nutritionist at a private consulting practice from February 2016 to 2019 and contributed as a university lecturer from August 2016 to August 2017, teaching applied mathematics in nutrition and the history of food.
