R Balaji

R Balaji has extensive experience in the finance industry, with a focus on SME lending. Starting in 2004, they worked as the State Head for HDFC Bank in Tamil Nadu. In 2006, they joined Kotak Mahindra Bank as an Area Manager for Tamil Nadu and Kerala. During their time at Electronica Finance Ltd. starting in 2010, they served as the Zonal Head for the South region, where they were responsible for managing manpower productivity, monitoring receivables, and developing business partnerships.

R Balaji completed their Bachelor's degree in Commerce from Bishop Heber College, Trichy from 1988 to 1991. R then pursued a PGDBA (Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration) with a specialization in Finance and Marketing from New College Institute of Management Studies from 1991 to 1994.
