Soumen Datta

Soumen Datta is a Research Assistant at the Indian Institute of Technology, Indore, since June 2019, focusing on Space Engineering and the application of multi GNSS data for numerical weather prediction. Key research areas include Kalman Filtering for vehicle tracking and PVT estimation, as well as predicting extreme weather events. Previously, Soumen served as a System Engineer at Electronics Research, Inc. and holds a Master of Technology (MTech) degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from the Indian Institute of Engineering Science and Technology, Shibpur, obtained in 2015.
