Matthew Pugh

Matthew Pugh is an experienced engineer with a robust background in systems engineering and project management. Currently serving as a CUAS SETA Systems Engineer at Astrion since March 2024, Matthew previously held positions at QuantiTech as a Systems Engineer from May 2018 to March 2024, and at Michelin as a Senior Industrial Progress Engineer and Industrial Engineer from July 2013 to May 2018. Matthew's early experience includes a cost analysis internship at NASA, where a project on SLS core components was completed, along with an internship focused on event coordination. Additionally, roles as an umpire for USSSA Softball and a general clerk at Wren Grocery contributed to strong interpersonal and organizational skills. Matthew holds a Master of Science in Operations Management and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics with a specialization in Applied Mathematics - Optimization from The University of Alabama.
