Richard Martinez

Richard is the US IT Manager, responsible for the US IT infrastructure and working collaboratively with the UK IT team on a regular basis for any global projects. He manages both the on-prem physical infrastructure as well as the cloud-based SaaS. He is organized and efficient, which lends itself well to an IT field, though creativity is always necessary in order to find new ways to solve new problems. Richard understands that not everyone has the background knowledge in his field that he does so he is always trying to find out how to express a complex idea in a way that makes sense to anyone.
