Dave Glass

Dave Glass has a diverse background in the fintech industry and has held various leadership roles throughout their career. Dave started as a Consultant at IQbusiness South Africa in 2003 before transitioning to a Technologist role at Standard Bank in 2004. In 2005, they became a Contract Project Manager, working with various organizations until 2010. From 2009 to 2010, they served as a Project Office Manager at Touch Networks Pty Ltd. Dave then joined S1 Corporation as a Professional Services Manager, providing integrated financial services solutions to clients until 2012. Following that, they worked as a Professional Services Manager at ACI Worldwide, a payment systems company. Currently, Dave holds the position of Chief Executive Officer at Electrum, one of South Africa's most successful Fintech companies, where they oversee the development of an enterprise payments platform for retail banks, retailers, and mobile network operators.

Dave Glass attended Trinity College Dublin from 2006 to 2008, where they obtained a Master of Science in Management Information Systems with a focus on Information Systems Management. Prior to that, from 1999 to 2002, they attended the University of Cape Town and earned a Bachelor of Commerce Honors in Information Systems. Before their university studies, in 1997, they completed their Matriculation at Abbotts College. Dave also attended Westerford from 1993 to 1996, although the degree and field of study information from this institution is not available.
