Dewet Scholtz

Dewet Scholtz serves as the Team Lead for Knowledge & Learning at Electrum, a company specializing in cloud-native payments technology, since April 2021. In this role, Dewet oversees the Learning & Development mission, focusing on scaling the company through team development and enhancing client expertise in the South African payments landscape. Prior to this, Dewet held positions as a Facilitator and Instructional Designer with Growth Factor and The Learning Collab, followed by significant tenure at TFG (The Foschini Group) from May 2007 to March 2021, where Dewet managed learning and development strategies across multiple retail brands, including leading roles in training strategy execution and HR management for the @home and Jewellery Divisions.
