Cara Philp

Cara Philp is an experienced professional in knowledge management and operations, currently serving as the Knowledge and Learning Manager at Palladium: Make It Possible since August 2018, where responsibilities include managing the e-learning strategy for the PALM scheme. Prior to this role, Cara held positions as Operations Manager for both the Pacific Labour Facility and the Northern Australia Worker Pilot Program, overseeing project operations, financial management, and reporting. Cara has also worked as an English Teacher at BROWNS English Language School, providing ESL education to a diverse student body, and in project operations for high-impact programs at Palladium. Earlier teaching experience includes being a Bilingual Teacher with Comunidad de Madrid. Cara holds a Bachelor of Behavioural Science (Honours Psychology) from Queensland University of Technology, a Graduate Diploma of Psychology from Monash University, and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and Spanish from The University of Queensland.
