Debra Smith

Debra Smith, RN, CDP, CMDCP, currently serves as Vice President of Community Clinical Operations at Elegance Senior Living, a position held since June 2021. Previously, Debra held the role of Vice President of Clinical Services at Pegasus Senior Living from September 2019 to March 2022 and served as Director of Nursing Services at HCR ManorCare from December 2017 to September 2019. Additional experience includes leadership positions as Director of Nursing at Rainier Rehabilitation, Regency Auburn, and Soundcare, as well as Health and Wellness Director at Brookdale. Debra's educational background includes an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Registered Nursing from Grays Harbor College, complemented by studies at Washington State University and Cottey College, where an Associate of Arts degree in Business/Commerce was earned.
