Tamas Hoffmann

Tamas Hoffmann is currently the CFO at Elegran Real Estate. Prior to their current position, they worked as an Associate at KPMG from February 2008 to May 2009. There, they worked with REITs, banks, municipalities, and real estate investors; performed market feasibility studies; assisted on acquisitions and strategic real estate decision making; and appraised property portfolios. Hoffmann also has experience working in academia as an Assistant Lecturer at Corvinus University of Budapest from January 2008 to December 2009, where they taught Corporate Finance Decision making to graduate students. The curriculum included financial statements, financial analysis, financial modeling, scenario analysis, and company valuation. Hoffmann began their career as a Summer Associate at Citi in June 2007, collecting, organizing, and analyzing competitor small business banking products. Tamas developed a tool that helps Citibank’s salespeople to compare Citibank products to its competitors. Hoffmann also has experience working in Trade Marketing Intern at British American Tobacco from February 2005 to January 2006.

Tamas Hoffmann has a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Corvinus University of Budapest. Tamas also has a Master's Degree in International Business from CEMS - The Global Alliance in Management Education. Additionally, they have a Master's Degree in Corporate Finance and Capital Markets from Corvinus University of Budapest. Tamas Hoffmann is also certified in Real Estate from New York University and Accounting and Finance from Baruch College.
