Mykhaylo Gnatyev

Mykhaylo Gnatyev boasts a wealth of experience in customer relations and software project delivery. He joined the company as a test engineer and subsequently worked as a business analyst, project manager, and project management community leader. Mykhaylo holds a software engineering degree from the University of Kyiv Mohyla Academy in Ukraine and an Executive Master of Business Administration degree from Ashridge Business School in the UK. Mykhaylo has built a highly effective Customer Engagement approach, understanding that successful organizations are those where service delivery and sales are aligned. In 2014, he moved to the UK to take care of ELEKS' growing number of regional customers and strengthen relationships. He is critical in helping customer and ELEKS teams coordinate efforts effectively so everyone can focus on achieving the clients' business goals.
