Leah Raschid

Leah Raschid currently serves as a Lead Usability Specialist at Elekta, starting in April 2024. Prior experience includes roles at Ford Motor Company from June 2016 to April 2024, where Leah held various positions including Cross Carline Human Factors Engineer, HMI Engineer, and Human Factors Engineer, focusing on user interface design and human-centered design principles. Leah contributed to the development of interface flows for SYNC systems and conducted usability studies. Previous experience includes a Research Assistant position at the University of Michigan, where Leah worked on improving surgical instrument sterilization processes and participated in data collection and analysis for psychological research. Leah holds a Master's degree in Industrial and Operations Engineering from the University of Michigan - Rackham Graduate School and a Bachelor's degree from the same institution.
