Matthew Vigar has extensive experience in the healthcare industry, particularly in the field of oncology software solutions. Matthew has held various roles at Elekta, including Vice President Oncology Software Solutions Region Intercontinental, Vice President and Head of Sales Oncology Software Solutions, and Vice President Marketing and Sales - Oncology Informatics. Matthew successfully introduced Elekta's new SaaS business model globally and led the company's migration to being a top-tier Microsoft ISV and Marketplace for Azure. Matthew also played a key role in driving commercial success for the Oncology Informatics product lines globally. Matthew Vigar attended Gorokan High School from 1992 to 1995. Following that, they pursued a Bachelor of Applied Science in Radiation Therapy from the University of Newcastle, which they completed in 1999. In 2008, they obtained a Graduate Certificate in Business Administration, Global Marketing, and Entrepreneurship from the same university. Matthew furthered their education with a Master's in Business Administration from the University of Newcastle from 2009 to 2012. Most recently, in 2020, they enrolled in the MIT Sloan School of Management to study Artificial Intelligence, specifically its implications for business strategy.
