Nico Verbaan

Nico Verbaan has over 25 years of work experience in various HR and management roles. Nico'smost recent position was as the Global People Partner Lead for Brachy & Neuro Solutions at Elekta since 2018. Prior to that, they founded a company called succesmkb in 2015 and served as the Founder until 2020. From 2011 to 2018, Nico worked as an interim (HR) manager and consultant at human result management, where they focused on strengthening companies and simplifying HR processes. Before that, they held roles as an interim (HR) manager and advisor at dutch group from 2008 to 2011, and as an HR Director at Exact Software Nederland B.V. from 2006 to 2008. Nico also worked at LogicaCMG as an HRM Manager and Senior Consultant from 2002 to 2006 and held various positions at Soul-to-Business Consulting, Innovex, Exact Software, and Randstad Dienstengroep in the earlier years of their career.

Nico Verbaan has a certificate in Leadershape from Strategy Academy, obtained in 2008. Nico also holds a certificate in Business Science from Haagse Hogeschool, earned from 1989 to 1992. In addition, they pursued Applied Physics at TU Delft from 1982 to 1983, although they did not complete a degree in this field. Nico Verbaan completed their VWO diploma at Johan de Witt college from 1976 to 1982.
