Quinn Carney Burke

Quinn Carney Burke is an accomplished senior executive with extensive experience in operational leadership and executive support. Currently serving as the Senior Executive Business Partner to the CEO at HumanFirst since April 2022 and Head of Operations from March 2023, Quinn is spearheading product and people integration efforts following the company's acquisition by ICON plc in January 2024. Prior roles include Senior Executive Business Partner at Alto Pharmacy and Executive Operations Partner at Gusto, showcasing a strong track record in managing teams and supporting key executives. Quinn's earlier experience encompasses diverse roles at Thumbtack, Overstock.com, and collegiate athletics, with significant contributions to the US Women’s National Lacrosse Team and various committees within US Lacrosse. Quinn holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication and Media Studies from the University of Maryland.
